Reflecting the heart of North Charleston’s pioneers, Storehouse Nine Makers Lofts invite creative tastemakers to live in a historic Naval Storehouse.

After undergoing extensive restoration, this four-story brick heirloom has been repurposed from a turn-of-the-century storehouse into 78 boutique apartments over a handful of ground floor Makers Studios where creatives and designers converge and collaborate.

Originally built in 1918, Storehouse Nine is at the center of Navy Yard Charleston. Developed with a commitment to preserve North Charleston's rich history, the Makers Lofts at Storehouse Nine blend original neoclassical architecture with modern, utilitarian design.
